HCM Extract in Changes Only run is displaying blank rows

Hello All,
We are using historical UE's in our extract design to get all the employee history records (history, latest and future) information.
Used UE;s: PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_NOW_FUTURE_UE - Root DG
PER_EXT_SEC_HISTORY_ASSIGNMENTS_UE - Child DG
Key Attribute: Assignment_id, Effective_start_date, Effective_end_date and Effective_sequence
Please consider the below test cases.
1. Full Mode - Extract is giving all the records data for each assignment transaction.
For Ex: Person (1001) is having 5 assignment records.
