Unable to Fetch Deleted Record in Changes Only Mode

Hi Team,

I have replicated the worker extract and able to run the extract in changes only mode. The extract is fetching correct record for the person, assignment and salary in update and correct mode. But suppose we are having 3 salary record exist for the person and we have deleted the latest salary record ,there is no way we can check and include the same in the changes only extract.

PLease help me out that what is the best possible way to identify the deleted record in changes only extract.
