To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Terminate New Hire / Pre-Hire Process for Rejected Candidates
Summary
With new hire / prehire processes, when a candidate is rejected, the process has to be cancelled manually.Content
With new hire / prehire processes, when a candidate is rejected, the process has to be cancelled manually. Of course, our recruitment users do not do that and we have multiple processes just sitting there. Any suggestions, short of running a deletion task for processes that have not been touched for X number of days (if that's even possible; I have not yet deleted any transitions tasks automatically). It's not an issue with e-offer; as long as it is rescinded, the process cancels. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thank you. Ilona
