Error in Processing Quickpay

We are trying to run quickpay and getting below error.

ERROR

Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship xxxx. An application error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location pyibruld:1

When searched on knowledge found that we have to raise SR if encountered with this error.Has anyone got the same error? If yes,How to resolve it?
