Job Posting URLs now include Time Zone - issues with old link, generated links, scraping, and unpost

We’ve come across what appears to be an ‘undocumented enhancement’ in 15B where our (non-TSS) Career Sections now have time zone information appended to the URL of job postings (i.e. [Old Posting URL] + &tz=GMT-04%3A00). This seems to be wreaking havoc on some job aggregators that scrape our boards (i.e. indeed/eluta are no longer picking up our postings), and also means jobs posted to third party sites prior to the upgrade / using the ‘old’ URL format now show an incorrect unposting date/time (i.e. 3:59AM the next day). The correspondence variable ‘{CareerSection.JobDescriptionUrl}’ and the AddThis social share button on the Career
