OTBI Compensation Report using a custom DM needs restriction on data

We've created an OTBI comp report using a custom data model. This report is allows mgrs to view compensation data for employees within their organization. However this report also show the mgr's data as part of the population. So if I'm a mgr and I have 5 direct report the report is showing data for 6 ppl (me and my directs). I need the report to only show data for the direct reports.

Does anyone know how this can be accomplished? Attached is a screenshot of the dashboard
