Hi All,

In our onboarding process, we assign an Onboarding Buddy to the new hire. Now, the Hiring Manager enters the name of the buddy in a UDF, which gets communicated to the hew hire in an email. However, there is no way of communicating this to the Buddy (from within the system). Is there a way the Buddy UDF can be configured to send out an email when the hiring manager inputs their name.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
