We're interesting in finding out how others track essential job/work functions (ie Ability to lift 50 pounds, Ability to stand for 1 hour, etc.).
Do you include this in the job description?
Do you have a separate fied in your HRMS to store this information?
Do you use disqualifying questions to ask the candidates about each requirement?
Do you include these requirements in your job posting?
