Turn off notifications on Internal Candidate Profile creation

Hello Experts,

Updating the Employee Information section under the User Accounts (SmartOrg) creates Candidate Profile automatically and sends out a notification containing link to Internal Career Section and access-code so the Candidate can access Internal Career Section, but we want to turn off this notification off since the client is planning on setting up SSO.

Inputs would help greatly!
