How do I set the Career Center to pull "Sub-Location" rather than main "location"

We are an employer with 4 physical locations, but many of our positions are field based.  When we open the requisition we have to use "Boston Office" as the location, when in reality the position is a field position in West Virginia.  This causes problems when we upload jobs to Zip Recruiter/Linked in because it's always pulling "Boston Office" as the location of the job, and not the actual territory which we are including in "Sub Location".

Anyone know of a work around that does not involve adding a specific territory to the location each time?  What is everyone else doing for field based positions that report into a physical location?
