ZipRecruiter submissions into Taleo

What process(es) are you using to get ZipRecruiter referrals into Taleo?Content
My client is using ZipRecruiter as one source to supply them with Candidates. From what I've been told, ZipRecruiter posts jobs out to multiple boards and gathers submissions and then forwards them on via email, one by one, to the company for review and action. My client is upgrading from TBE to TEE and we are exploring ways to streamline the process of getting the referrals into Taleo. Any and all information is welcome.
