Retro Calculation showing wrong amount

Created Retro elements for some earning elements with the help of choices made in templates filled while creating elements but when checking the retro case retro calculation/result are not showing correct values.There is small difference/variation in amount calculated.

 

1.Expected Retro amounts  :

 

2.Actual amount which are getting calculated in application :

 

Similar difference for other elements as well.Does anyone have any idea about why this is happening? Where do we need to make changes?
