We have an Advanced eOffer process configured in our system and as part of the process , tasks gets assigned to recruiters and candidates . These tasks displays the attachments that were added when the eOffer was extended (using the token Offer_tr/OfferLetterAttachments) among other information . 

The issue we are having is , when the task recipient (recruiter or candidate ) clicks open the attachment , the PDF opens in Save mode alone . i.e the user have to save the PDF to the machine and then open it . It does not provide an option to just open the PDF in the browser without the need for saving it . I initially though that it could be the specific PDF that was attached to the eOffer or some settings in my machine . But , we have a New Hire onboarding process which presents PDF policy
