Hi - We are working on setting up a new HSA plan.  This plan would have per pay period employee contributions with a one-time employer contribution amount on initial enrollment for the calendar year.  What configuration settings do I use for the employer contribution standard rate so that it is given once per initial enrollment?  We have our program set up for biweekly rate frequency.  How do we set up an annual contribution for just this rate and ensure that the element is non-reoccuring?
