Hello, Community,

Has anybody implemented multiple components in Bonus Review Plan wherein one or the other components will be allocated? My exact requirement is we have clubbed two different Bonus together in a single Global Plan. Performance Bonus and the Project Bonus with the same budget pool. Now the requirement is an employee can be compensated only one. Either Project Bonus or the Performance Bonus.Now I have created two different components and have enabled the dynamic column against both the components.

  • Performance Bonus (Compensation Amount - Component 1) with the below condition:
