SFTP Deprecation - how are you managing?

There is less than a month and a half to go before deprecation. Those of you with many integrations, what is your approach? Are you using the options mentioned in this post https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/f5c49fdaf5?commentId=77701#77701? If so, what technologies are you using to make it happen?
I find that the time given to us to implement these changes a bit overwhelming (especially with a smaller team). We are still evaluating impact to our organization - we have a lot of dependencies on the SFTP server. It's looking like 30+ outbound integrations and hundreds of file transfers each week from the SFTP server.
