Advance Condition on Attribute level in Extract

Hello Everyone,

I have never used Advance Filter Condition(Condition Action part before) so today I tried it out but it seems like its not working or I am using incorrect way to do it. Though I have used the sorting part of the advance condition.

Please share the steps if you have done it before.
