How to write a Fast Formula that would be used in HCM Extract

Content

I would need your inputs on writing a Fast Formula in HCM Extract. I have an HCM Extract in which i have a Job title, Location and Department.   I need to derive a value based upon the combination of the above 3 values.   The to be derived value is being stored in an User Defined Table.  I will add an attribute for to be UDT derived value in HCM Extract , which will be a Rule Type which calls the Fast Formula.

Example.  JobTitle = Administrator Department = Finance Location = NewYork  Value in the User Defined Table   Newyork Finance - 1019.  Please help me how to handle this in HCM Extract.

Howdy, Stranger!
