Creation of Onboarding forms using Onboarding UDFs v/s Recruiting UDFs.Content
We are creating User Defined Onboarding forms and the New Hire Data from this forms are sent to SAP. When we create the Onboarding UDFs, we are not able to specify the length of the field, whereas the SAP has fixed length for these forms. The candidate may update his new hire data and it is possible that the New Hire data may error out if the length of the field sent to SAP is more than what the system expects.
