Hi All ,

         We have a new hire onboarding process that sents reminder alerts to candidates specific days prior to the start date . For business reasons , for one candidate alone we don't need the alert to be sent . The onboarding for this candidate is already triggered and the step that sends the alert is waiting for the date to reach . So in the Onboarding transitions , the step is with the status "Not Started" . If i suspend the process , the reminders will not be sent but the tasks for the new hire in
