Hello Community,

Has anybody came across requirements to assign *Performance* Goal to a specific Talent Pool?  My client is currently using the Talent Pool actively for Succession Plan and Talent Review but this is a key requirement for them to be able to assign Performance Goals to a specific Talent Pool so that Performance Goal can be assessed during Performance Appraisal.

The eligibility criteria are so widely varied and changes frequently that they can't have Eligibility Profile build and the best way to maintain the group of employees’ is the Talent Pool.
