Supplier onboarding on Fusion cloud instance which is IP whitelisted

Summary

The Fusion production instance is IP Whitelisted due to security reasons and there is requirement to have 2000 supplier onboarded on supplier portal

Content

The customer has IP whitelisted their public cloud production instance due to security reasons and have embarked on the supplier portal program to enable organization suppliers to self-serve. As the IP whitelisting has been implemented, no users other than users who have logged into customer network can login to Fusion cloud instance.

The possible ways forward are

1. Disable whitelisting - this is impossible

2. Add the supplier IP address to IP whitelisting at oracle end , this is too tedious and cumbersome as the no of suppliers are huge.
