Hello All - I have configured workflow configuration rule for the event - 'manage individual compensation'.

Rule is [ if {workers.compensation.planID == 30000} and {workers.compensation.elementname == 'A1A'} ] Then Approver is 'User1'.

Notification email is triggered with 'approve' and 'reject' actions but email body is empty and it contains java.lang.NullPointerException error as seen below. Did anyone come across this issue? Please share your thoughts on what the issue could be and potential solution/workaround.
