Looking to see how other companies report Time to Fill Requisitions. I work in the Health Industry and our data definitions are somewhat complex. Our current definitions for "Time to Fill" calculate the days between the First Fully Approved Date to Latest Position Accepted Date. They also subtract the days On Hold. Seems pretty straight forward however, there are 2 recruitment areas that are manipulating the system in such a way, it is impacting the data. For example our nurses.....from the time new nurses have accepted the position, it may be several months until their start date because of licensing, etc. Often times there
