Fields needed for Payroll interfaces
Summary
Trying to come up with the best solution to store payroll required informationContent
Hi -
We currently went live with Oracle HCM and are currently in the process of building several interfaces from the HCM system to third party payroll providers (multiple countries). While doing so we have identified fields which are needed by the payroll provider that are not currently provided by Oracle (even some statutory fields that existed in Oracle EBS). We are trying to weigh the different options we can do so we come with a standard way of storing this information to be passed on to third party payroll providers.
