We as a company are looking to implement Agency Portal in the beginning of 2018 but we’ve come across a few concerns on how to handle change requests (e.g. extension of contingent duration, bill rate updates). In addition, it’s not unusual to have contingent workers be selected and not fulfill their temporary hire duration. Because of this we are trying to determine when should we make changes to an existing contingent worker requisition and when it’s better to create a new requisition.
