If I create a succession plan and give owner access to a LM (a director of a business unit) how can they see their succession plans as the LM role does not give you access to this ?

You seem to have to have HR specialist access to see succession plan data which means only people in HR can see it ?

Is there any solution to this other then to create a custom LM role with access to this function ?

Or is there a tile /screen in the existing LM role that would give them access to this ?
