Best Practices for Updating Employee Accounts in SmartOrgContent
Hello,
Does anyone have any information or sample scripts of updating employee records in SmartOrg via TCC? For example, we are trying to accomplish the following within a single TCC script (if possible):
- Update account status (Active/Inactive)
- Update employee status (Current/Former Employee)
- Update termination date
- Update employee manager
- Update user types
- Update user groups
The attempts I have tried thus far result in an error stating that these fields cannot be updated, so I'm not sure if this is a permissions related issue or maybe I'm just using the wrong entity/fields. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!
