How can I create a BI report, which shows the list of users who are locked into the system.

Summary

I want to create a BI report, which shows all the users whose ID is locked into the system. They are Active users but not suspended.

Can anyone tell me that in the Oracle Fusion Cloud "How can I get the User accounts that is locked?" in Oracle BI Reports. I have already checked "PER_USERS" table and other tables in HCM Data Source  but no table provided relevant data for User whose account is locked but Active and not suspended
