Looking for Best Practice configuration of multiple requisition approval chains.

Want to continue to use supervisory approval hierarchy but in addition also need to have approval of the requisition when are in a specific category.

We do reorganization frequently have employee turnover. Need suggestions that are easy to configure and maintain.
