HWM_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_TIME_EVENTS_PRIV not available in Release 12

Hi,
We need to get the time event related from Fusion HCM. I have gon through the link https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/farel12/globalcs_gs/FARWS/Required_Roles_and_Privileges_R12.html and found
that there is time event rest api available to extract time event data.
The required privileged mentioned in the document is 'HWM_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_TIME_EVENTS_PRIV'. But we are unable to find that privilege in !2 release.
Please help us on this.
