User Profile Creation in Taleo Social Sourcing

Content

We are using Taleo (TEE) 15B Onboarding and Recruiting and Taleo Social Sourcing (TSS) 15B. We have enabled the Sync in TSS to sync the data from TEE. The data is synced into TSS and the status shows as unregistered. Does the user have to login to change the status to Registered.

Also, there is a provision for an employee to signup with the same email id in TSS. Once the employee sign up, a new user is created in TSS with the status as Registered. Now I can see that the employee has 2 profiles, one that is synced from TEE and with status as Unregistered and the other profile created by the employee himself with status a Registered. Which profile will sync to the employee's profile in TSS? Since the employee has a registered profile, what happens to the profile with Unregistered Status
