We have an Unrestricted Program and Plan for 401k to just upload deferral percentages on a regular basis (401k administration is managed by third party, Fusion benefits only holds deferral percentages to be passed on to third party Payroll system) using Benefits Enrollment Upload spreadsheet. Enrollment uploads are working fine. But, have few questions regarding unrestricted enrollment and maintenance
1. In Benefits Service Center, Benefits administrator is unable to enter the election (Percentage) from 'Unrestricted Enrollment' task. It shows the life event as Unrestricted with enrollment start and end dates, but doesn't give the ability to enter percentage. Standard Rate created for this plan has the check box 'Participant enters amount at enrollment' checked. Any clue on why it is not allowing Benefits admin to enter the percentage.
