Performance Review - Manager's eSignature pending but Manager No Longer Employed

The manager who created the review is no longer employed and the new manager does not have access to the review to sign it.

A manager created a performance review, the employee has signed it but now that the original manager has left the company, we'd like to finalize this review.  The last step is the manager's signature.  We've changed the manager on record and the review manager to the more senior manager, but she does not have access to e-sign this review.  Is there a work-around?
