possibility of multiple Competency "libraries"?

Hi -- we're thinking of trying to capture multiple competency libraries in HCM (with the ability to assess proficiency) e.g

  • Leadership competencies
    • Manager level 
    • Director level, etc
  • Functional competencies
    • Competencies for IT
    • Competencies for Sales, etc

Is it possible to set this up within Skills & Qualifications?
