Eligibility Critera based on Job Code

Situation:

Client uses job codes to determine which employees are eligible for benefits. Example, any employee with a job code >500 is eligible for benefits.

Question:

Does anyone have a work around for this since job code cannot be used in benefits eligibility criteria?
