Executive hires

Hello All,

 

I am in search of knowing how other organizations hire confidential hires in TBE.  Another words, is there “Executive” requisition functionality and/or separate “Executive” career site.  Is there settings in TBE to segment “Executive” only requisitions/candidates and designate a separate user profile that only has access to this requisition type?
