Mass Update of the Goals Field in fusion HCM Goal Management

The client wants to update the values of one field 'INCLUDE_IN_PERFDOC_FLAG' to 'N' for a group of Goals in a goal Plan.

The client wants to update the values of one field 'INCLUDE_IN_PERFDOC_FLAG'  to 'N' for a group of Goals in a goal Plan. We tried the Administer Goals but this is kind of very labor intensive option.Please let me know if any one has some better work-around for this.
