Applicants using another candidate's profile

Good morning,
We've recently been experiencing an increase in some of our applicants using another candidate's profile (friend or family member) to submit new applications. We currently have a warning message on our Login page as shown below, but this seems to not deter all of our applicants from this practice. We have process in place to catch these scenarios before the data enters our source system, but it is timely to have to advise the recent applicant to reapply by creating their own profile, and for our administrators to have to go into the candidate profile to update the personal information back
