Summary

We have created a User-Defined Form that include User Defined Fields and I need to report out on the new hires response in Transitions

I am using a User-defined Fields-Personal Information on a form in transitions. The field is a Boolean. The new hire is to check the box that best fits their response. I tried to pull in the UDF under Flex fields but they all seem to be empty. How do I report on transitions UDFs?
