Content

Hi All,

We have a requirement as below

During our Annual Compensation cycle, a manager is allowed to do promotions for employee but when selecting the new job for the promoted employee, he should not be able to select the a job which is greater than his job. For e,g : if manager is a project manager and doing a promotion for a java technical lead, then manager cannot select a director or vice president for the employee.

Right now when manager selects the job for the employee during promotion all the valid jobs are displayed.

Howdy, Stranger!
