To improve security for OCC customers and adhere to industry PCI standards, the way users log into the OCC Admin will change starting with the December 2017 Update of Oracle Commerce Cloud. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be needed to access the OCC Admin in all environments. 

Please review this important FAQ to find out more about the upcoming changes and ensure you are prepared to access the OCC Admin once the December 2017 Update has been completed.
