OFCCP Judgment Report - requisition-specific candidate status

I'd like to filter the requisition-specific candidate status on a custom OFCCP Judgement Report. Currently, we have 10 or so req specific candidate status. I'd like to include only four req-specific statuses on my custom report. How can I automate the report so I don't have to use the req-specific candidate status as a parameter?

I looked through the expression options but couldn't find one that met my needs.
