Best Practice While Creating a Changes Only HCM Extract comprising of Multiple Business Object Entities (say Person Name, Assignment and Salary for example)

Business requirement is to have a changes only extract created which should be able to handle the following changes:

  1. Changes Made to First Name, Last Name, Full Name of a Person Record

  2. Changes Made to any of Assignment Attributes like Job, Grade, Location, Position, Department of Assignment Record

  3. Changes made to Salary Related fields like New Salary, New Salary Start Date, Change Amount, Change Percentage etc.

In this case what is the suggested approach:

  1. Individual Changes Only Extracts
