Ability to add library goal from competency radar graph

Summary

We would like to be able to add a library goal from the competency radar graph in career planning. As of today (on R12) it seems to only allow adding a new goal from scratch, not from the library.

When you navigate to Career Planning, then click on the Model Profile name, you are presented with a radar graph that shows competency rating versus competency target proficiency. You can click on the competency name and then 'Add Goal' and it creates a new, blank goal with a default goal name populated. Is there a way to also allow the user to select a library goal? Or, better yet, can we create a library of development goals that are 'pre-linked' to the competency so that when the user clicks on the 'Add Goal' button, this library goal is what gets
