I am looking for a way to share goals that HR can manage.  I am using the Update Worker Goals spreadsheet, which has the field "Share with My Direct Reports**".  I downloaded existing Goals that hadn't been shared by a Manager.  Then updated that field to Yes, hoping it would share the goals.  The change uploaded successfully, but when I sign in as the Manager or one of his Subordinates the Goals do not reflect that they have been shared.  I then downloaded the same manager's goals again, and the field has remained Yes.
