SummaryRemove scoring for quarterly / monthly reviews?
We are looking to switch from annual reviews, to quarterly, and even monthly review for some teams. We are looking to greatly shorten the process, but make it happen on a more frequent basis.
I was hoping to develop templates where managers will complete a short narrative in 5 custom competencies that will not include any sub-factors and completely remove any scoring. Think of it as how you would document a 1x1 meeting versus scoring someone's performance. Is this possible?
