Deeplinks in OTBI and BI Reports

Is there a way we can use the Deeplinks in the OTBI and BI reports dynamically.

Suppose I have a column for 'Person Number' and I click on a particular person number in that column (Say Person number :123456), then it should get re-directed to the page 'Manage Employment' of the person number: 123456. Please let me know if this is possible in OTBI/BI report.
