Hi,

My company is currently migrating to HCM Cloud. We are trying to find the best possible way to configure the monthly salary in Germany.

The total monthly salary is made of at least 2 components:  fixed salary, imposed by the law and another component, determined by the employee's level of experience.

Can you please share with us what is the functionality you have used in order to set up the salary in HCM, if you have already implemented HCM for Germany, or for any other country with similar salary components?
