Try to Initialize TCC get error "Taleo product could not be accessed".

TCC ping to initialize gets error.

Tried to initialize TCC for first time. updates connectivity information, endpoint and Basic authentication. When I click ping I get Ping Error The Taleo product could not be accessed. I tried option Recruiting 15B and 17 for Product. I tried option HTTP and HTTPS for Protocol.

Manual does not have this error to tall me what to do next!
